I'm Vanessa, a photographer and videographer with a passion for creating stunning visuals and captivating stories in a colourful aesthetic. With 14 years of experience in the creative industry, I've honed my skills to deliver exceptional results for my clients.
I'm based in the vibrant North-West of England, where I live with my wonderful husband, our adorable new baby boy, and beloved sausage dog. My family is my world and they inspire me to pursue my passions while providing the best for them.
My journey began back in 2009 when I started working for a casting agency. It was here that I discovered my love for portrait photography, and in 2011, I took the leap to become self-employed. As a creative thinker and self-starter, I pushed myself to explore various avenues and soon became renowned for my work in newborn photography.
The year 2014 marked a significant milestone, as I fulfilled my dream of opening a photography studio right in the heart of Manchester city centre. The studio became a hub of creativity, where I could bring my vision to life and create lasting memories for my clients.
As my career progressed, I found great joy in training and mentoring junior staff members. Since 2018, I've taken pride in providing ongoing development opportunities for my team. I recently trained a photography apprentice to success and also guided a marketer/studio coordinator in preparation for my upcoming maternity leave in 2023.

These days, I thrive on the balance of challenging creative work, exploring new locations across the UK and beyond, and being there for my growing family. I'm currently taking on freelance photo and video projects for both B2B and B2C clients. My portfolio is diverse, including corporate events, headshots, branding, business content, press events and festivals, family portraits, private events, and weddings.
I also have extensive experience in remote working and have mastered the art of filming, producing, creating, and editing films, photos, and social media content for various platforms and channels.
